Training is free and schedules are flexible.

Great December GSMC Gathering

Building Downtown; No State Archives
On Tuesday the Indianapolis Star had a big article about
all the wonderful new construction happening in the downtown area. I looked very carefully, but I couldn't find any mention of our new State Archives. Did the reporter overlook that?
The money was appropriated several years ago;
many of us in a workshop saw the building plans a year ago.
Every time I go down to the State Library or the Historical Society, I check out the postage-stamp lot where it's supposed to go, but no earth moving equipment anywhere.
We seem to have a stupendous vanishing Archives. The public wonders...

Many Church Files Added In Last Quarter
We have been active in the scanning business during 2022. For instance, in the last three months, we have added 40 new church resources from several denominations. Many of these are original ledgers and documents with numerous handwritten updates and corrections. We still have several items to add to this collection, and we are always in the market for your next contribution!
