Building Downtown; No State Archives

On Tuesday the Indianapolis Star had a big article about 

all the wonderful new construction happening in the downtown area. I looked very carefully, but I couldn't find any mention of our new State Archives. Did the reporter overlook that?

The money was appropriated several years ago; 

many of us in a workshop saw the building plans a year ago.

Every time I go down to the State Library or the Historical Society, I check out the postage-stamp lot where it's supposed to go, but no earth moving equipment anywhere. 

We seem to have a stupendous vanishing Archives. The public wonders...
